Do you offer any gold styles?
- At this time, we do not. If you are interested in ordering a custom bracelet made with gold-filled beads, please email us at info@anneccagray.com or call us at 423.239.6327.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Our turn-around time on creating your bracelet is typically 72 hours. During holidays, it may take a little longer, but we will contact you to let you know. Priority USPS shipping generally takes 4-5 days for delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at info@anneccagray.com or 423.239.6327.
What is a double stranded bracelet?
- A double stranded bracelet is simply two strands with one clasp. Custom double stranded bracelets can have different crystal and name sections. Click here to see an example of a double stranded Snapdragon style bracelet.
What size of bracelet should I order?
- Please refer to our Sizing Guide for tips on measuring for a bracelet. If you are still unable to decide on a size, please contact us at info@anneccagray.com or 423.239.6327 for help.
What are your shipping costs?
- A standard shipping charge of $5.00 for shipping and handling will apply to all orders within the United States. This will provide USPS Priority shipping, with delivery within 4-5 days from the time of shipment. Express delivery using USPS Express Delivery, with delivery within 1-2 days in the Continental U.S., is available for a $15.00 shipping cost.
I would like to add a charm to my bracelet, but I don't see what I am looking for on your site. Can I request a special charm?
- Yes, please contact us and we can discuss your request.
Do you charge sales tax?
- If you are a resident of the state of Tennessee, 9.5% sales tax will be added to your total. Shipping charges are not subject to Tennessee sales tax.
Do you accept checks?
- At this time, we accept credit card payments through PayPal and we do not accept checks.
What is your return policy?
- While we hope you love your new bracelet, if you are not completely satisfied we will try to work with you to correct the situation. Please refer to Our Guarantee for more information.
Can I have a bracelet restrung?
- Yes, we can restring a current bracelet for a charge of $5.00. Additional strands may be added to an existing personalized bracelet as well. Please contact us for more information.
How do I care for my bracelet?
- To prevent the sterling silver from tarnishing, keep your bracelet in a jewelry pouch or a sealed plastic bag.
- If your bracelet does begin to tarnish, clean with a polishing cloth or a very soft toothbrush with soap and water. Do not use jewelry cleaner! Also, use care with a polishing cloth as it may remove the brilliance of the Swarovski crystals.
- Do not wear your bracelet while cleaning, exercising, or while in water (chlorinated pools, the shower, or while washing dishes).
