Our Guarantee

Annecca Gray Design wants you to love your new bracelet. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us at info@anneccagray.com or 423.239.6327, and we will work with you to fix the problem.

If you are not satisfied with your bracelet, please return your purchase within 15 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the jewelry, excluding all shipping charges.

Specify that you would like a refund, a resize, or an exchange for another item.

Upon receiving this information we will ask that you return the item in the original packaging, provide the shipping information, and ask you to insure the item when shipping it back to us. A replacement will be mailed or a refund will be issued immediately after receiving your item.
